Tietosuojaseloste
Tämä seloste kertoo, miten Armidal Oy käsittelee henkilötietoja, jotka annat ottaessasi meihin yhteyttä armidal.fi-sivuston yhteydenottolomakkeella.

Emme ole nimenneet erillistä tietosuojavastaavaa, sillä lainsäädäntö ei sitä toiminnassamme edellytä.
2. Mitä tietoja käsittelemme ja mistä ne saadaan
Käsittelemme vain ne tiedot, jotka itse annat lomakkeella: nimi, sähköpostiosoite, puhelinnumero ja viestisi sisältö. Tiedot saadaan suoraan sinulta. Emme kerää tietoja muista lähteistä.
3. Mihin tietoja käytetään ja millä perusteella
Käytämme tietoja vain vastataksemme yhteydenottoosi ja hoitaaksemme toimitilojen vuokrausta koskevan tiedustelusi. Käsittelyn oikeusperuste on:
- suostumuksesi (tietosuoja-asetuksen 6 artiklan 1 a-kohta), jonka annat lähettäessäsi lomakkeen — voit peruuttaa sen milloin tahansa; sekä
- tarvittaessa sopimuksen tekemistä edeltävät, pyynnöstäsi toteutettavat toimenpiteet (6 artiklan 1 b-kohta).
Emme käytä tietoja markkinointiin emmekä automaattiseen päätöksentekoon tai profilointiin.
4. Kenelle tietoja luovutetaan
Tietojasi käsittelevät puolestamme:
- EU-alueella toimiva lomakepalvelun tarjoaja, joka välittää lomakkeen viestin sähköpostiimme [palveluntarjoaja vahvistetaan — esim. Form.taxi, Saksa];
- sähköpostipalvelumme tarjoaja; sekä
- verkkosivustomme palvelininfrastruktuurin tarjoaja (Hetzner Online GmbH, Saksa).
Nämä toimivat henkilötietojen käsittelijöinä, ja niiden kanssa on tehty tietojenkäsittelysopimus. Emme myy tai luovuta tietojasi kolmansille osapuolille markkinointitarkoituksiin.
5. Siirretäänkö tietoja EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle
Ei. Tietoja käsitellään EU:n ja ETA:n alueella.
6. Kuinka kauan tietoja säilytetään
Säilytämme tietoja niin kauan kuin yhteydenottosi hoitaminen edellyttää ja sen jälkeen enintään [12 kuukautta] mahdollista jatkoyhteydenpitoa varten, minkä jälkeen ne poistetaan. Jos tiedustelusta syntyy vuokrasuhde, tietoja säilytetään sopimukseen ja kirjanpitoon liittyvien velvoitteiden mukaisesti.
7. Sinun oikeutesi
Sinulla on oikeus:
- saada pääsy tietoihisi ja pyytää niistä jäljennös;
- pyytää virheellisten tietojen oikaisua;
- pyytää tietojesi poistamista;
- pyytää käsittelyn rajoittamista tai vastustaa käsittelyä;
- pyytää tietojesi siirtämistä järjestelmästä toiseen; sekä
- peruuttaa antamasi suostumus milloin tahansa (peruuttaminen ei vaikuta ennen sitä tehdyn käsittelyn lainmukaisuuteen).

8. Oikeus tehdä valitus
Jos katsot, että henkilötietojesi käsittely on tietosuojalainsäädännön vastaista, voit tehdä valituksen valvontaviranomaiselle: Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto, tietosuoja.fi.
9. Onko tietojen antaminen pakollista
Tietojen antaminen on vapaaehtoista. Ilman yhteystietoja emme kuitenkaan voi vastata yhteydenottoosi.
10. Evästeet
Sivusto ei käytä seuranta- tai analytiikkaevästeitä. Tallennamme selaimesi paikalliseen muistiin (local storage) ainoastaan valitsemasi kieliasetuksen. Tämä ei edellytä suostumusta.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as our processing does not require one.
2. What we collect and where it comes from
We process only what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. The data comes directly from you. We do not collect it from other sources.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use the data only to reply to you and handle your enquiry about leasing premises. The legal basis is:
- your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form — you may withdraw it at any time; and
- where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
We do not use the data for marketing, automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who receives the data
The following process data on our behalf:
- an EU-based form service that relays the message to our email [provider to be confirmed — e.g. Form.taxi, Germany];
- our email service provider; and
- our website's hosting infrastructure provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany).
These act as processors under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
None. Data is processed within the EU/EEA.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as handling your enquiry requires, and thereafter for at most [12 months] for possible follow-up, after which it is deleted. If the enquiry leads to a tenancy, data is retained as required by contract and accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and request a copy; to rectification; to erasure; to restriction of or objection to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it). 8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you consider that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi.
9. Is providing data mandatory
Providing your data is voluntary. However, without your contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.
10. Cookies
The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. We store only your chosen language preference in your browser's local storage. This does not require consent.
